The Lautoka City Council invites written submissions from suitably established and experienced coffee shop or restaurant operators to Tender for Operational Lease of Coffee Shop at Lautoka Botanical Gardens.
Detailed Terms of Reference and RFT Document can be requested via email to khanm@lautokacitycouncil.com.fj from Monday 18 November 2024.
Written submissions are to be dropped in the Tender box kept in the Council Office, addressed to The Chief Executive Officer, Lautoka City Council, 169 Vitogo Parade, Lautoka, no later than 3pm on Friday, December 13, 2024, in a sealed envelope and marked as “Tender for Operational Lease of Coffee Shop at Lautoka Botanical Gardens”.
The council invites reputable and experienced companies for the following tenders:
All tenders must be on prescribed tender forms issued with tender documents obtained from the Chief Executive Officer’s Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $ 28.00 for each complete set. Tender on prescribed tender form together with $1000.00 refundable deposit would only be considered.

Lowest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Lautoka City Council invites tender to rent canteen space at Churchill Park Ground Number one (1). The size of the canteen is 18m².
The Canteen Space is located at the back of Pavilion B with no Kitchen, is only suitable for selling of refreshments, pre-packed snacks and confectioneries during games.
Tenders in the prescribed tender forms which are available with the cashier and also in Council’s Website www.lautokacitycouncil.com.fj will only be considered.

Lautoka City Council invites tenders from reputable companies for: –
a) Hourly Rate for “SUPPLY OF 5-7 TON TIPPER TRUCK” with high gates with three (3) labourers – Garbage Collection Works in Rural Extended Areas specified in the tender documents.
b) Fixed Lump Sum Price for one (1) year – Garbage Collection Works in Rural Extended Areas specified in the tender documents.
Tenderers are to provide company profile, statutory documents, availability of backup truck, model and make of the tendered item and its availability with supporting documents for 1 & 2.
Collection of garbage will be done once a week in respective areas. Details regarding collection of garbage to be in prescribed tender forms available from the cashier, Lautoka City Council for a fee of $30.00 each.
All price quoted shall be VIP figure fixed for a period of 6 months from the date acceptance of the tender.
